For some unknown reason, I really like this one. It's plain stitching, nothing fancy, but I like the way that the beads lay out. December was a late start - in January actually, but once my idea hit me, I just went with it. January has about 4 beads on it so far......

Neat! Its going to be interesting to see the puzzle put together!
You are gutsy to do a taupe type piece. It's not a color I'm good at working with. Good for you.
Mary - you might be stunned to learn that it's actually Miyuki #378 - Lt. Olive Lined Crystal Luster and Khaki Green....
Carol - I am having fun with the shapes. I still haven't decide if I will stitch them together yet. I guess I'll wait and see what it looks like!!
I think your idea of puzzle pieces is fascinating. What a cool concept!
I like this one, too. The simplicity is great and it's so middle-age feeling (I can't spell renessance, lol)! Do the pieces fit together?
It's particularly effective the way you changed the direction of the lines of beads... Makes the design pop really beautifully!!! I want to touch these puzzle pieces, to play with them and look at how they fit together. It's a wowzer of an idea!!!

It's a great piece! Even if you don't sew them together, I hope you will share with us what they look like when they're set next to each other.

I like this one a lot too! Can't wait to see it all "complete..." but that would be wishing time to pass too quickly!
