Korean Dragon continues

My dragon from Korea is beginning to take shape. I'm happy with the pearls and orange on the forehead. I like the goldstone "horns" and the nose came out really great. The swoops in the background will be shades of green as seen in the picture below.

I'm currently working on the eyebrows and the eyes. I really LOVE the way that this piece is working out.

So many times, I can't see what your intentions are when you start the drawing, because I know your color sensibilities are just different from mine, but I'm thinking I like this guy.

Thanks Mary - I wish I could take claim to these colours, but they were in the photo - very traditional colours for a temple in Korea.

This will be fabulous when you are finished! How big is it??

Thanks Diana - it's about 8.5 inches tall and about 15 inches long - maybe 14 (I haven't measured it yet, but it won't fit on my scanner, so it's more than 14 inches).
